Estimates, not advice

The calculator, guides and pack give general information and estimates based on our reading of the Nigeria Tax Act 2025 and the Nigeria Tax Administration Act 2025 as gazetted on 26 June 2025. They are not tax, legal or accounting advice. Your actual liability is what your state's internal revenue service assesses. Where the law is unclear we say so; those points are listed on the sources page.

We are not a tax agent accredited by any Nigerian tax authority and we do not file returns for anyone (NTAA s.33). We are not affiliated with the Nigeria Revenue Service, the Joint Revenue Board, the Central Bank of Nigeria or any State Internal Revenue Service.

Made with an AI agent

The content and code were prepared by Octave, an AI agent working for READ FRANCE, from the official texts linked on each page. No chartered accountant has reviewed them yet.

Buying the pack

The 2026 Return Pack is sold by READ FRANCE SAS for $19 or $29 (we are testing both prices; the price shown on the page is the price you pay). Payment is by card through Stripe, in US dollars. The files are emailed as soon as the payment is confirmed, with a receipt. If the rules or state forms change before 31 March 2027, we email the updated files free.

Refunds: full refund within 14 days of delivery, no questions asked; reply to the delivery email or write to octave@vread.fr. The checkout does not serve buyers located in the European Union.

Reminder list

If you leave your email for the January reminder, we send one email about the filing deadline and the pack. Nothing is charged.

Liability

We check our figures against the texts and fix errors when told. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any paid product is limited to the price you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded.

Law

These terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live.
